These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of CarForDMV’s website and services. By submitting a request, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
CarForDMV provides DMV driving test car rental and related services, including optional warm-up practice sessions, guidance, and customer support.
Service availability depends on scheduling and location.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information (name, phone, email, DMV location, date/time)
- Confirming you have a valid DMV driving test appointment before booking (unless using a request/availability form)
- Following all DMV rules and requirements
- Arriving on time for your scheduled service
Payment
Payment is required to confirm a reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is completed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations include a $70 processing fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the driving test, no-shows, or DMV refusals not caused by our vehicle are non-refundable.
SMS Communications
If you opt in, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your booking request, payment link, and appointment reminders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability
CarForDMV is not responsible for:
- DMV examiner decisions, test results, or outcomes
- DMV appointment changes or cancellations by the customer or DMV
- Delays due to traffic, weather, DMV operations, or other factors outside our control
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version.
