Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled test: $60 cancellation fee.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled test: non-refundable.
- If you cannot take the DMV driving test for reasons not caused by CarForDMV, including no-shows or DMV issues not caused by our vehicle, the service is non-refundable.
- If CarForDMV is responsible, a full refund will be issued.

Is my request confirmed after I submit the form?
No. Submitting the form is a request only. We’ll confirm availability by text, and send a secure payment link if a time slot is available.
How fast will you reply after I submit my request?

Do I need to already have a DMV driving test appointment?
Yes. Please submit your request only if you already have a confirmed DMV driving test appointment date and time.
What is included in Basic?
Basic includes a vehicle prepared for DMV test-day use and a licensed California driver to accompany you on the test day.
What is the difference between Plus and Max?
Plus includes 1 hour of driving practice before the test. Max includes 2 hours of driving practice before the test.
This practice time helps you get comfortable with the vehicle, review common test routes, and practice key maneuvers right before your appointment. Many drivers feel more confident and better prepared after a short practice session, which can improve overall performance during the DMV driving test.
Do you serve the entire Bay Area?
Yes. We serve the San Francisco Bay Area. Availability may vary depending on date, time, and DMV location.
Where do we meet on the test day?
We’ll confirm the exact meeting point by text after your booking is confirmed. In most cases, we meet at the main lobby entrance of the DMV where your driving test is scheduled.
What if the DMV cancels my test or refuses the test?
If the issue is not caused by CarForDMV, the booking is non-refundable. If CarForDMV is responsible, a full refund will be issued.
