  • We usually reply within a few hours during business hours. If you submit late at night, we’ll follow up the next morning.

  • Basic includes a DMV-ready test-day vehicle, a licensed California driver for the test day, and pickup at your selected DMV location. A brief vehicle orientation is included as needed.

  • We’ll confirm the exact meeting point by text after your booking is confirmed.

    In most cases, we meet right outside the main entrance of your DMV test location.

  • We serve major DMV driving test locations across the San Francisco Bay Area. If you don’t see your DMV listed, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.

  • Please bring your driver’s license/permit, your DMV appointment details, and arrive on time. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready to drive.

  • Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled test time include a $60 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled test time are non-refundable.
